Overview of the Service

GoalStacker provides filtered football statistics, team and player data, and lineup information across various global competitions. Some features are free to use; others require a paid subscription. This platform is intended for users aged 18 and above.

Account Access & Subscriptions

Free-tier users can view limited content after registering an account. Paid users must subscribe via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until canceled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period. We do not offer refunds for partial use or unused time. We reserve the right to change our subscription prices at any time. If we do, we will provide at least 14 days' notice before any change takes effect. You will have the option to cancel your subscription before the new rate applies at your next billing cycle.

Fair Use & Account Sharing

You must not share your login credentials or account with others. We monitor IP activity and log sessions to enforce fair use and prevent abuse. Suspicious activity (e.g. excessive IP switching or concurrent logins) may result in account termination.

Data Use & Restrictions

The data you access is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or automate access to any part of the site
• Resell, republish, or redistribute content or data
• Use GoalStacker for any unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purposes

Users on higher tiers may download or export data (e.g. CSV/PDF), subject to these restrictions.

Content Ownership

All website content, structure, filtering logic, graphics, and design are owned by GOALSTACKER LTD. Data is processed and formatted in a proprietary way and is protected as such. You may not reproduce or repurpose our tools, layouts, or datasets without written permission.

Disclaimers

GoalStacker provides statistical insights only. We do not provide betting advice or guarantee any outcome. Stats are based on publicly available data and may be delayed, incomplete, or contain inaccuracies. You acknowledge that any use of our data is at your own risk.

User-Generated Content & Social Posts

If you tag us or submit content (e.g., winning bets, lineups, fantasy teams), you grant us a non-exclusive right to repost or share that content across our social media channels or promotional materials. We may use your first name and/or username for attribution unless you request otherwise.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service. You may cancel at any time through your user account or Stripe subscription management.
