Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the rules and restrictions that apply to your use of the GoalStacker platform (including our website and any associated apps or services), operated by GOALSTACKER LTD. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to comply with this policy in full.

This policy is designed to protect the integrity, security, availability, and lawful use of GoalStacker, and to ensure fair and responsible use by all users.

Prohibited Activities

You must not, under any circumstances:

• Share, sell, or distribute your login credentials or allow others to access your account
• Use any automated system (including bots, spiders, scrapers, or crawlers), whether for data scraping, testing, monitoring, or any other purpose not explicitly authorised
• Access, replicate, deconstruct, adapt, re-use, or repackage any content, algorithms, or outputs for redistribution, analysis, or resale, unless expressly permitted in writing by GOALSTACKER LTD
• Attempt to bypass paywalls, subscription tiers, rate limits, or account-specific permissions
• Circumvent or interfere with any authentication, security, or access control mechanisms
• Harass, impersonate, threaten, or abuse other users via any platform feature
• Access, download, or store large or excessive data volumes in a way that negatively affects platform performance, exceeds reasonable use, or violates rate limits
• Use GoalStacker to create, support, or enhance a competing service or product
• Misrepresent affiliation with GOALSTACKER LTD or falsely imply endorsement or partnership
• Interfere with or degrade platform performance for others, including denial-of-service attempts or throttling evasion
• Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, malicious, or harmful purpose, or in violation of applicable laws or regulations

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent bans, legal proceedings, or referral to law enforcement authorities.

Monitoring and Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Monitor and audit user activity across the platform, including pages visited and actions taken
• Use automated detection tools to identify potential abuse or suspicious behavior
• Retain access logs (e.g., IP addresses, browser user agents, timestamps, interactions) to assist in investigations and platform protection
• Escalate serious violations to law enforcement or other authorities when legally required or appropriate
• Suspend or permanently ban accounts that breach this policy or our Terms of Service

All monitoring is conducted in accordance with the UK GDPR, and limited to what is necessary for platform security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, and contractual enforcement.

We may take enforcement action without prior notice. We are not obligated to provide data export, notice of termination, or reinstatement for users removed due to serious or repeated violations.

Intellectual Property

All content, logic, data systems, and analytical outputs on the GoalStacker platform remain the exclusive property of GOALSTACKER LTD. Use of the service does not confer ownership or usage rights unless expressly agreed in writing. Reproduction, resale, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
