This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how subscriptions, billing, and cancellations are managed for GoalStacker, a service operated by GOALSTACKER LTD, registered in England and Wales.

By subscribing to GoalStacker, you agree to this policy in full.

Refund Policy

We operate a strict no-refunds policy. All purchases and subscription charges are final. This includes (but is not limited to):

• Cancelling part-way through a billing period
• Not using the service after subscribing
• Accidental or duplicate subscriptions
• First-time purchases or discounted plans

We do not provide pro-rata refunds or partial credits under any circumstance.

We encourage users to carefully review the features and pricing before subscribing. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, to the extent they apply.

Billing & Subscription Access

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Once payment has been processed:

• You will receive access to the selected tier immediately
• Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle, even if cancelled before renewal
• A billing period refers to one calendar month from the payment date
• A receipt will be issued via email through Stripe

Price Adjustments

We reserve the right to update subscription pricing in the future. You will be notified in advance of any changes via the email associated with your account.

If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the next billing date.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard on the GoalStacker website.

Key cancellation terms:

• Cancellation does not result in immediate termination of access
• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid term
• Your payment method will not be charged on the next renewal date
• Stripe handles all billing infrastructure.

Failed or Declined Payments

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid term
• If the issue is not resolved before the next billing cycle, access will be suspended or terminated
• You may resubscribe at any time by updating your payment method

Discounts & Gifted Subscriptions

We may offer promotions, coupon codes, or gifted subscriptions at our discretion:

• These offers are non-transferable
• No cash value or refund is provided
• Access expires at the end of the promotional period unless a full subscription is purchased

Pausing or Freezing Subscriptions

We do not currently offer the ability to pause, freeze, or delay subscriptions. Users must cancel and resubscribe manually if needed.

Account Misuse or Abuse

We reserve the right to terminate access to your account without refund if you violate our Terms of Service, share your account, or engage in behavior that compromises the platform or its users.

Governing Law

This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
